If any provision of this agreement is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision severed. This agreement shall be governed by Arkansas law, and any action arising from it shall be brought in state or federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas.
