UPON RELOCATION, MEMBERSHIP IS TRANSFERABLE UNDER MOST CONDITIONS TO ANOTHER ATA SCHOOL.
IN CASE OF MEDICAL DISABILITY OR OTHER PERMANENT INABILITY TO ATTEND CLASS, AMOUNT IS REFUNDABLE MINUS ALL DISCOUNTS AND INCENTIVES IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS NOT TO EXCEED $400.00.
